Cancellation Policy
If you no show you WILL be charged 100% of service fee and NOT allowed to book again.
If you cancel your appointment before the specified window of time you WILL NOT be charged. If you cancel after that window you WILL be charged 50% of the service fee.
Color Services MUST be scheduled 24 hours ahead of time. A consultation (in person or virtual) IS REQUIRED BEFORE an appointment will be approved.
